What you get
- Access to a VIP-only Kickstarter reward at 50% off the expected retail price of LockIN. The public early-bird reward will be up to 40% off.
- The VIP reward is held for you for 48 hours after the campaign launches. After that, unclaimed VIP spots close.
- A private link to the VIP reward, emailed to the address you reserved with, the minute the campaign goes live.
Each $1 reservation holds one VIP reward. To hold more, make another reservation.
How you claim it
On launch day, open the private link in your email and pledge to the VIP reward on Kickstarter. Please make sure you've confirmed your email address so the link reaches you. Shipping and any local taxes are charged separately, as shown on the Kickstarter page.
Refunds
- Anytime, for any reason. Reply to your Stripe receipt or email us and we'll refund your $1. Refunds reach your card within 5 to 10 business days.
- Automatically if the campaign doesn't launch within six months of your reservation, or if we cancel it.
- The $1 is not deducted from your pledge, because Kickstarter can't apply outside credit. You can still ask for it back after you pledge.
Limits
VIP reservations are limited to the first 500. When they're gone, the reservation page closes. A reservation is personal and can't be resold. We may refund and cancel a reservation that looks fraudulent or automated.
Kickstarter's role
This reservation is between you and LockIN. Kickstarter isn't part of it. Your pledge, once you make it, follows Kickstarter's terms: you're only charged if the campaign reaches its goal, and rewards are delivered after the campaign as described on our page.
